all i can say is don't believe everything you read in the media...
it's a pattern that has been forming since schapelle was incarcerated... everytime the support for schapelle rises the media prints a defaming story... Schapelle Corby Supporter Forums Schapelle Corby Official Site Save-A-Life - Foreign Prisoner Support Service |

To be honest with you, I don't believe what I hear in the media which is why I am questioning what has just been released. Why is he saying this now when he’s had the last couple of years to come forward, or at least since Mick Corby died if he was scared of him? However, I do believe the information from behind the scenes that I have been given and I think it is more credible than a lot of what is being released from either side.
I don’t agree with you that support for her is increasing. The polls show that over the last month her support has actually dropped – considerably. A poll conducted by Morgan Research at the beginning of June showed 51% believed she was innocent, 21% thought she was guilty and the rest were uncertain. [Roy Morgan Research] Morgan Poll However, Taverner Research conducted a poll at the end of June and found that 15% said she was innocent, 53% thought she was guilty and the rest were uncertain. Taverner Research: Corby no longer the golden girl Websites that support Schapelle of course are going to show different percentages, as are any sites that may be around that don’t support her, and neither can be held up as unbiased statistics. Polls done by impartial research organisations are the only ones that give true percentages. However, polls are irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. The bottom line is that the Indonesian courts have seen and scrutinized more evidence than any of us have seen, and they have made their decision. |

one thing schapelle has never been able to do is explain how the weed got there if it wasn't by her hand, or her family's. the baggage handler story didn't hold up. |

this is where all the fuss over her case mystifies me.
every drug trafficker ever caught has denied that the drugs were theirs, and that they had no idea how they got there. if the indonesians were to let schapelle go, by rights we'd really need to release every other jailed drug trafficker in the world. |

the admin appears to have posted a large number of threads on topics that have nothing to do with schapelle corby, such as "Nelson supports V8 Supercars at Homebush - Ninemsn" etc. there are no respondents to any of his posts. it appears to have little to do with supporting schapelle's cause, but certainly ticks the boxes for cyber squatting. |

Well, I don't want to be on any side in particular between you two. I have my opinion on Schapelle which I have already stated (with reasons for that opinion), but I have an open mind which is why I said that I don't believe everything I read in the media.
However, this is a forum for discussion is it not? Just because others may not have the same opinion as you doesn't mean the discussion should stop or the subject should be changed. Sorry, I don't want to start an argument here, but it seems that if others don't share your opinion you don't want them to discuss it at all. I hope I am mis-reading your comment because I would hate to think that you are trying to stop free speech. |
